Services

Complete wound care, under one roof

Every plan starts with finding why the wound isn't healing — circulation, pressure, infection, blood sugar — then treats the cause alongside the wound itself.

Wound assessment & diagnosis

Measurement, tissue and circulation checks, infection screening, and a clear diagnosis you can understand.

Debridement & wound bed preparation

Gentle removal of dead tissue so healthy tissue can grow — done carefully, with your comfort first.

Advanced dressings & bandaging

Modern moisture-balanced dressings matched to each wound stage, changed on a schedule that suits you.

Compression & offloading

Compression for venous leg ulcers and pressure relief for diabetic feet — the two treatments that change outcomes most.

Infection management

Early detection, cultures when needed, and coordinated antibiotics with your GP or specialist.

Healing reviews & prevention

Measured progress every visit, plus skin care, footwear and pressure advice to stop wounds coming back.

Acute care visits

Prompt visits on clinic days for minor injuries, skin infections, and wounds that suddenly worsen — assessed, treated, and referred onward when needed.

Your visit

Your path to healing, step by step

  1. 1
    First assessment (45–60 min).
We examine the wound, check circulation and sensation, review your medicines and health history.
  2. 2
    A plan you understand.
Dressings, offloading or compression, and treatment of the underlying cause — explained plainly, with costs upfront.
  3. 3
    Regular treatment visits.
Cleaning, debridement when needed, fresh dressings — and the wound measured and photographed to track progress.
  4. 4
    Healing and prevention.
As the wound closes we taper visits and build your prevention plan: skin care, footwear, pressure relief.

What to bring to your first visit

  • Your wound history — when it started, what dressings you've used, what helped or didn't.
  • A list of medicines and conditions, especially diabetes, circulation or immune issues.
  • Any referral letter or wound photos you already have.
  • Your usual footwear if the wound is on a foot — and bring a carer if you'd like support.

Referrals, insurance & cost

No referral needed — book directly. With your consent we request records from your GP and write back after your assessment.

Costs are confirmed in writing before treatment begins. To move an appointment, please give us 24 hours' notice: (435) 220-8588.

Why patients stay with us until they're healed

  • Specialists, not generalists. Wound healing is all we do — so we see patterns others miss.
  • Measured progress. Every wound is measured and tracked, so you can see healing happen.
  • Joined-up care. We coordinate with your GP, diabetes team, vascular and podiatry colleagues.
  • Gentle by default. Pain-aware techniques, clear warnings before anything uncomfortable.

Common questions

Do I need a referral? How fast will my wound heal? Find quick answers here — or ask us directly.

Ask a question
Do I need a referral to book?
No. You can request an appointment directly, and we'll request relevant records from your GP with your consent. If your insurer requires a referral, we'll tell you before your first visit.
How long does a wound take to heal?
It depends on the wound type, size, circulation, and blood sugar control. Many wounds show measurable improvement within 2–4 weeks of targeted care. At your assessment we'll give you an honest, personal estimate.
Is debridement painful?
We use gentle, pain-aware techniques and check in with you throughout. Most patients feel pressure rather than pain, and we can adjust or pause at any time.
When should I seek urgent care instead?
Call us the same day — or go to urgent care when we're closed — for spreading redness, increasing pain, fever, foul odour that worsens suddenly, heavy bleeding, or a black/blue colour change in the wound or surrounding skin.

A wound that isn't improving deserves a second look.

If your wound hasn't clearly improved in two weeks, come in for an assessment. Early specialist care prevents most complications.
